ANYTHING! EVEN MC DONALDS WW is something that uses points... for example, large fries at mc donalds is HALF of what you eat all day. The points thing is confusin so i would recommend you to try weight watchers because it works. My mom is losing about 8 ounces saily which is a lot so all is going well.
