Louis Prima fathered six children.

First wife Louise Polizzi gave birth to a daughter, Joyce.

Third wife Tracelene Barrett gave birth to a daughter, also named Tracelene.

Fourth wife Keely Smith gave birth to two daughters, Toni and Luanne.

Fifth wife Gia Maione give birth to a girl and a boy, Lena and Louis Jr.

I believe Louis Prima and Keely Smith had two girls. I do know for a fact that Louis and Gia had a son named Louis Prima Jr. and a daughter named Lena Prima, both residing in Las Vegas and performing their fathers' music in different bands.

Louis also had a daughter with Tracelene Barrett (3rd wife -- 1948-1953) Her name was also Tracelene (Prima) and she was born around 1949. She went to La Jolla High School and graduated in 1967. She later became a photographer.
