There is 1 point in one ounce of turkey if you are using Weight Watchers point system.
I can tell you that a 6" turkey sub from Subway is 5 points....hope this helps

Eggs are 2 points each and bacon is 1 point per slice. The bread varies but for the most part it is 2 points per slice. So 7 would be safe to say....
Turkey or chicken sausage has the least fat. Raw sausage has the fewest preservatives. So raw turkey or chicken sausage would be the healthiest.
