The person who posted the above is a wise guy. We all come to the internet for answers when we cannot get them ourselves. If I had an owners manual available, that would have been my first source to set the correct time. When I find out the answer I will post it.
To set the clock in a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee, you have to set the radio clock. Use a pen tip to push in the hour or minute buttons. They are located on the radio part. By doing this it will automatically change the information centers time to correspond. Hope this helps.
