Oh, dude, setting that Atomic Clock is like trying to decipher hieroglyphics sometimes. First, you gotta press and hold the "SET" button until the time zone starts flashing. Call the manufacture (Equity Time) at 925-373-7900 and press extension 2. The customer service person should be able to answer your questions. The name "SkyScan" is confusing because there are two companies selling products with the same name. In your case (an mine), this model is made by Equity Time. Best wishes.
