you have to layer it first because his hair is in layers but really if you want his hair style you have to go to someone who cuts hair depending on how thick and how thin your hair is you will get your hair like his if you have thin hair if you dont tough luck but just get a picture of him show it to someone who does hair and see what they say

This answer changes depending on what era you are talking about. But if you like the look he has now:
1. Get a haircut with a lot of texture/layers in it. Ask for it to be cut at least partially with a straight razor, if possible, because that increases texture.
2. If your hair is not naturally straight, then use a straightener/flat iron to get it straight.
3. You may want to experiment with mousse or hair wax to achieve the right "messy/bedhead" look.

It's all in the cut, lots of layers and razor cutting. Any good hair salon could do it, but I suggest bringing in several pics of Nikki from different angles so they have a really good idea of what you are looking for.
