How do you fold down the back seat of a 97 jeep Cherokee xj?

There are bolts underneath the seat. Just undo the bolts and when you get the bolts undone you will notice that there is also a little cord that goes to the seat belt just unhook that cord and you will then have a seat separated from Jeep

Grab the straps on both of the seat bottoms and pull them forward, the flip the handle on the top and side of the back of the seat and fold it down.

The bottom seats will fold to the back of the front seats and the back of the rear seat will fold down making one big cargo area.

There will be a lever on the side of the seat by the door. Pull the lever up while pulling down on the back of the seat.
