You need the radio code first. Check your docs or contact a Renault dealer. When you have them and the console display asks for the code turn the thumb wheel on the satelite control stick on steering column. When you get the first number push the button under the wheel. Do this until all four numbers are set, you should get a bleep and the radio should work.

Usually you can reset a radio by pulling out the powercord and plug it back in 15 seconds later.

look in the manual or log book radio details should be on a sticker.ie reset codes etc.
