For my radio, you simply select the station you want and then hold the preset button down for about 5 seconds. The station is now set to that button. Note: Each of my 6 preset buttons will select two stations each, so you first must select the first or second preset, by tapping it once or twice, before performing the 5 second hold down.
On your radio your preset stations each have a number 1,2,3,4,5,etc. The first preset station represents the first number in your code. if your code is 8642 then you would: press #1 preset 9 times. press #2 preset 7 times. press #3 preset 5 times. press #4 preset 3 times. (The first press is a 0) After you enter YOUR code (not this code) then press the CD button.
I don't know where you can find the internet radio stations. You can call in to the local radio stations and they should have that information for you.

To adjust the presets on the radio hold down the preset buttons when the selected radio station is on. This will select the chosen radio station as a preset option.
