You will need two cassette players, an audio cable, and some time.
Put the cassette you want to copy in a player (now on referred to as the first player), and plug in an audio cable to the headphone jack. Connect this cable to the microphone jack of the other player; insert the blank cassette in this player.
Make sure the tapes don't need to be rewound.
On the player with the blank cassette, press record.
On the first player (with the material you want to copy), press play.
Give the first player enough time to finish playing, and your tape will be transferred! Press stop on the other cassette player.

Most stereo systems that combine a CD player with a cassette deck with a recording function will do this for you. They are readily available and inexpensive, and can be found in stores like Walmart, K-mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, many furniture and appliance stores, etc. (North American stores). Generally, you will get what you pay for, in product and sound quality. Separate component systems that include a CD player, a cassette recorder, and a receiver can also be purchased at most of the same types of stores.
See if your public library bought a copy of the sheet music. Otherwise you will have to buy your own legal copy of the sheet music.
It's kind of obvious. IT'S ILLEGAL! That's why it's bad to copy music illegally! The reason why it's illegal to copy music that you didn't buy- like off the Internet is because singers and song writers lose money then.
