No. Though she does drink only on special occasions (see Anywhere But Home). She said so herself that she has NEVER done Lithium. Lithium is about wanting to stay depressed because that's pretty much all they ever knew, but they also want to be happy. "Lithium- Don't wanna lock me up inside" (they don't want to be depressed anymore) "Lithium- Don't wanna forget how it feels without- Lithium- I wanna stay in love with my sorrow, oh but god, I want to let it go." (They still want to be depressed, but they want to be happy, too.)
