Marine in California with DUI has California driving suspended for 6 months but license is still good in Indiana according to DMV. Soldier is planning trip home for Christmas. Question is which states have reciprocity with California ? Could affect drive home.
You would have to contact the Indiana DMV, if you owe the fees directly to the DMV. If you owe the fee to the court, you need to find the records of the ruling against you from the court which imposed the suspension.
Do you need the court records themselves, or are you asking about the DMV record? For court records go to the Clerk of The Courts office. For DMV records go to your local DMV office.
Depends if Michigan & Indiana have a reciprocity agreement. If you had to post bond / post AAA card to the police officer at the time of the ticket, then there is not a reciprocity agreement, meaning they do not share driver information. Michigan & Ohio do NOT have such an agreement. You will have to post bond / post AAA card on the roadside in Ohio.

Call the DMV in the county that you will be based out of in Florida to inquire about the requirements for truckers. You may be eligible for reciprocity.
Well logically if Michigan is not a member of reciprocity program they should refuse to supply records to florida. That question would need to be posed to the DMV in Michigan as to wheter their policy is to allow access to the records which would mean reciprocity.
