I know that this mission can be very tricky, but you have to keep the tanker as straight as possible, and not take corners too sharply, in order to avoid detaching the tanker trailer. I have found the best way to get rid of the guys chasing you in the truck is to level up with them and get CJ to shoot at them, drive by fashion. This usually sets fire to the truck and then you have to get the tanker away from them before it blows up. Once their truck is destroyed, CJ can take his time taking the tanker to the destination. There is no timer on the mission, so you can take it easy until you get there, because there are some difficult corners to take.
