∙ 10y agoNo. The founder of Swift Transportation (not "Trucking") is a man named Jerry Moyes, and he purchased rights to the name from JB Swift and Company (the meat packing company from which JBS Carriers also gets their name from). There's no relation to Taylor Swift.

∙ 8y agoNo. Swift Transportation has nothing to do with Taylor Swift's family - the name Swift actually comes from the Swift Meat Packing Company, when Jerry Moyes bought out the operating authority of their trucking division (JB Swift & Company would later start another trucking enterprise after the industry was deregulated in 1980 - that company is known as JBS Carriers).
