I honestly was not sure of the answer to this question so I have done some research for you. I have found that unfortunately Sirius satellite radio does not work in Europe as Sirius does not have coverage in that area. I believe in Europe you can get satellite radio from a company called Worldspace.

If this is bad or if power has been lost, reception is reduced. I have not found evidence of this amplifier on the schematics. This does not however mean it isn't there. Good luck. The circuits have nothing in common. The dome light works whether or not the key is on, the radio only works with the key on.
