Yes. I was told he built a large estate near Brookfield MA. I have had friends that have seen him in town with his family a few years ago. They also said he has a helio pad on the property. The property has been fenced in & had a camera system. My friends have seen a presence of the Massachusetts State Police at the main gate during the coarse of the year. A local resident heard that the family hires a Massachusetts State Police detail to patrol the property when they are in town. The property also has a recording studio. The location can not be found unless you really know the area.

Our friend heard that Jon was on the property hanging with the builders of the house & that he loved the fact that they treated him like a regular guy.. Rumor is he swung a hammer and helped on the project...He also was seen in Worcester a few times.A friend said that he saw a guy with his family eating on Shrewsbury Street & swore it was Jon Bon Jovi.. The guy got into a black SUV with limo tint with a big guy driving. The big guy stood outside the restaurant waiting.. This is all rumor & I'm just passing along what I heard.........

Supposedly Bon Jovi lives on Highland Avenue in Greenfield, MA. I won't say exactly where.

He may very well have a house there...however..his main residence is Middletown NJ..) His house is spectacular..
