No, he does not. In his younger days, he was one of many musicians who smoked cigarettes. But as he got older, married, and had kids, he wanted very much to quit smoking cigarettes; and encouraged by his family, he was finally able to break the habit.

First, nobody in the band does hard drugs, like heroin or cocaine. In fact, unlike many other rock bands, none of the members of Rush have a reputation for doing a lot of partying. But that said, yes, the members of Rush (Geddy included) have used marijuana at times over the years.
