Does ACDC mean bisexual

none. apparently. early in their career, a cab driver had told the band that AC/DC was slang for a bisexual person. after being informed of this, the band considered a name change. but as you may know, AC/DC stuck with their moniker despite what some people may of thought of the band & their sexual preferences.

This question may stay a mystery. I have searched Dave Evans autobiography (what I can find of him) and there is no mention of his sexuality, no mention of him every being married to a woman and no mention of any life long partner he might have had.

After AC/DC, Evans joined Newcastle band Rabbit, replacing original singer Greg Douglas

During his time with Rabbit, Rabbit were described as frenetic, violently hedonistic and Dave himself was described as savagely heterosexual. Rabbit after-show parties were always wild affairs and popular with friends, fans and groupies.

MY RESPONSE: (from David H.) Dave's brother Mark was also in the band, and after Dave got married both he and Dave were kicked out of the band because Dave got married and didn't want women back stage other than his wife. They got fired during a club show, and then Bonny (Bon Scott) was brought out. This info is all found in the book that came with the Bonfire box set.

yes it can mean bisexual. But if you type that question into Google you'll see that it means alot of different things. It changes all the time. And people spread roomers about its meaning. So unless u actually asked ACDC themself i doubt you'll come across a sure answer. Hope this helps :)
