Yes it looks like he did but he hasn't commented on it. After looking at pics it's clear he did though. When they were younger the twins had braces for a few months but when they were about to became big and go on tour they had them removed. Bill have always had a bigger overbite then Tom and now he did something about it. Veneers maybe.
