Changing a mirror on a rover 400?

You need to remove the top half of the door card and then you can prise the inside black cover off the wing mirror, exposing the power lead (on an electric mirror) and also the 3 retaining screws. Then you just need to unplug the lead which is just inside the door card and the screws and the wing mirror is off. Whalaa

You need to remove the top half of the door panel. The speaker housing should then pop off from the inside of the door. This should expose 3 bolts, which need to be removed to remove the mirror (if electric mirrors, wiring also needs to be unclipped). To refit new mirror, simply reverse the above process.
