C- First finger on first fret of 2nd string , second finger on second fret of 4th string , third finger on third fret of 5th string - strum strings 5 to 1 .
F - Lay your first finger down on all six strings ( this is what is called a bar chord ) at first fret whilst putting second finger on the third string at 2nd fret , little finger on fourth string at 3rd fret and your third finger on fifth string at 3rd fret - strum all six strings .
No, but you should be very careful to only use it on the strings, and not on the body of the guitar.
When one purchases an Epiphone bass guitar, it should have the necessary strings. If the guitar needs new strings, it is best to have a professional replace the strings or follow the manual received when the guitar was purchased.
GET A SURGERY DUDE!! Well i dont agree with the answer above! I think that you should love the way your fingers are! USE A PIC! okay, so, if you REALLY want to be able to play without hitting two strings, just use a pick. surgery costs money, and really-do actually want to morph your fingers??
String cheese, Sock string
the best string size for this is 8-38 but their very quiet and break easily. its best to just stick with light gauge 9-42 until your fingers develop strength. Think of it like weight training. My advice is to lower the action as its much easier if your strings are low to the fretboard and of course lower tunings aren't as brutal to your fingers.

Everyone's fingers hurt when they begin playing guitar. The best thing to do would be to play until your fingers hurt slightly, but don't overdo it; your fingers will eventually bleed. If you continue playing and bending the strings, your fingers will form callouses. This should only take a few weeks if you play every day.
6 strings like normal you weirdo
The guage of guitar strings that work best for sound will depend on the type of guitar that is being played. A person should consider guitar strings that are under a 10 guage to avoid bending.
the instrument should have strings like a guitar or a violin
If you bought the instrument from a retail store, shame on them . Yes, you should get new strings. If you're not sure what gauge or type to get, take the guitar with you and they can measure the strings with a micrometer. Lemon oil is not necessary for the fretboard. Normally, a bit of a cleanup with very fine steel wool.

Once a guitar has been built and strung, it must be 'set up'. Among other things, this involves setting the 'bridge' of the guitar to a level where the strings will sit at a comfortable level above the frets (this is known as a guitars 'Action'). A guitar is set up to accomodate the strings already on the guitar. If you change from thin strings to thicker strings, they will not sit adequately above the frets. When said strings are played, they will rattle, or buzz, against the metal frets. To rectify this, you should either ask a guitarist to show and explain how to set your bridge, or take the guitar into a shop and ask an assistant to do this for you.
No. The changing of guitar strings is something every guitar player should learn sooner or later, if you really need your guitar strung, bring it to your nearest music store and ask if they can string it for you. Also ask if they can teach you how if you really don't know. it's a very necessary skill for guitar players.
