Jeep Cherokee's are unibody. You cannot install a body lift.
Yes, the frame is integrated into the body.
I myself would not do this as the Jeep is a Uni-body construction and if you catch the plow on a curb you could bend the body to a point where the doors will not open.
A body lift does just that, lifts the body and gives more tire clearance( stock suspension). A suspension lift gives more clearance but also give more suspension travel for off roading.
sure you can i would cut the body off, but it is probably independent front suspension which in my opinion wouldn't make a good swamp buggy

Unibody
It is an unibody constructed vehicle and does not have a frame. It is an unibody constructed vehicle and does not have a frame.
NO , The Cherokee is a unibody setup which means that the body and the frame are one piece. A body lift requires the frame and the body to be separate order to put a spacer in to lift the body off the frame.
Of course. Body lifts just lift the body of the vehicle. While spacer lift kits lift your vehicle using the suspension. Body lifts will not improve clearance while spacer lift kits will.
When the internal body structure of a vehicle is used as a frame, it is called a unibody structure. This design integrates the vehicle's body and frame into a single unit, providing structural strength and reducing weight.
The chassis is the structural elements of the vehicle. A unibody chassis, (no separate frame) includes everything but bolted on body panels. If the vehicle has a body bolted on a separate frame construction then the chassis is the frame.
Yes. A body lift goes between a vehicle's body and the frame and a leveling kit is a block that is placed above or below a vehicle's front springs to level the suspension. The two are unrelated and will not interfere with each other.
A body lift raises the body of the vehicle higher above the frame of the vehicle. A body lift does not raise a vehicles frame above the ground (e.g. does not increase a vehicle's ground clearance) but it may allow for the installation of larger tires. A lift kit raises a vehicle's frame further above the axles by using larger springs (or lift blocks placed between the springs and axles). This not only allows for larger tires but it also increases the height of a vehicles frame giving it more ground clearance and better off-road performance. Beware, lift kits and body lifts raise a vehicles center of gravity and got this reason many states have body lift and suspension lift (lift kit) limits. Check with the laws in your state to find the laws in your state before making such modifications.
I hope you mean 2 inch spring spacer lift as the Cherokee is a unibody and can not do a body lift. But with 2 inch lift you should be able to fit 30 x 9.5 x 15's with no rubbing at all. 31's will fit but will rub a liitle on hard turns. And if offroading will rub alot under compression.
spacer lifts are just polyurethane bushings that go on top of your coil to give you a desired amount of lift. they are very common on unibody cars
