It's a very bad idea. The expiration date on tattoo ink is set based on the lifespan of the antibacterial agents in it. If you go past that date, the ink could start to grow bacteria that'll make your client sick.

I would not recommend it. The ink has a date mostly for sanitation and health reasons. To use it could open you and your business up to liability if something were to go wrong.
