Camp Lazlo ran for a total of 5 seasons. The first season began on July 8, 2005 and ended in September of that same year. The 2nd season ran from October 2005 - June 2006. Season 3 aired from July 2006 to February 2007. Season 4 May to August of 2007. Season 5, the last season began in September 2007 and ended with the last episode that aired on March 27 7, 2008.
There has been no further production work on this series since that time, and there are no plans for the future.
One element of a shows demise is ratings, another is advertising (getting enough sponsors to pay for production) and when either of those sag, a series is cancelled as the show is no longer making a profit.
