I've heard rumors that they canceled their license because of the tragic incident about a group of grade 5 students who imitated Gaara's "sand burial" in the sandbox. One of their friend was killed because of being buried.
Sadly... i think it was. No Naruto has been shown since mid-winter, and new shows like Chaotic and Yu-gu-oh 5-D have sprung up. I am questioning that too... Naruto was one of cartoon network's #1 shows, and MANY people wacthed cartoon network because of it's anime. I am really irratated that cartoon network would cancel a #1 show too. I never really even wacth cartoon network anymore.....
It might be cancelled in places but not at the moment, it is releasing more episodes and manga every day.
as far as i know it hasent been taken off air but if u still want to watch it go online their still making new manga and naruto shuppinden episodes
