It's to do with the 'death head' moth featured in the film, but it's been so long since I've seen it I can't remember the details, sorry!

If you look very closely at the moth it is actually 2 woman back to back. It is actually a replication of an artistic photograph (comprising Salvador Dali) called the 'In Voluptas Mors'

Will i sleep after watching silence of the lambs even though im 14?

You'll be fine. Silence of the Lambs is more a thriller than a horror movie, simply because it wasn't anything that'd make you crap yourself, but it was meant to make you think and keep you on the edge of your seat. It shouldn't be too scary. In fact, if someone never watched a horror movie and they wanted to watch one that wouldn't scare them too bad, Silence of the Lambs would be right there.

What type of figurative speech is deafening sound of silence?

What hospital is the Texas Chainsaw Massacre killer at now?

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre never happened in real life. It is a fictional story. The character Leatherface was loosely -- very, very loosely -- based on the real-life serial killer Ed Gein. But so were the characters Norman Bates (from Psycho) and Buffalo Bill (from The Silence of the Lambs), and those movies are fictional, too.The only thing about The Texas Chainsaw Massacre that's true is that Ed Gein wore the skin of his victims like clothes, gutted them and hung them up in his house, and may possibly have eaten some of their remains.EVERYTHING else is fiction. See the Related Question below for more details.
