Like said in the movie, Lawrence Taylor hit QBs so hard that NFL team needed top Left Tackles to protect the quarterback's blind side. Since Michael plays Left Tackle, Leigh Anne thanks Lawrence Taylor for making the Left tackle position more important so it means something more than a lineman.
