Nickelodeon didn't (& usually doesn't) give reasons WHY they cancel shows, but it can be assumed it was canceled for the same reason most shows get canceled. The ratings did not justify the cost of producing new episodes.
I don't know the reason why Nickelodeon cancelled Rocket Power. It was a cool show though.............

Why is Power Rangers coming to Nickelodeon when it is already on another channel?
Power Rangers is currently airing on Disney's ABC as part of their Saturday morning ABC Kids block however Disney sold Power Rangers back to Haim Saban (the owner of the Saban Brands company) and Disney has no interest in airing the show so Saban had gotten a broadcasting agreement with Nickelodeon so they could air it. ABC Kids will stop airing Power Rangers at some point but there's no official announcement as to when they'll stop airing the show.
