Why did Katelyn Tarver leave the set of Big Time Rush?

Katelyn Tarver AKA Jo, is leaving the set of BTR for a while to continue her tour that is opening for Honor Society. She wants to continue her singing. But, hopefully she will be back on set! Her and Kendall were great together.(:
