Whom did uryu end up with?

Very much so. Seasons 1-3 proved that. In these seasons, he blushes around her quite a few times because of her generosity. In the other seasons, it does not seem very noticeable. He might just only have a crush on her or thinks of her a very close friend.

An exception may be found in the anime Bount filler arc, but as this didn't appear in the manga, it isn't part of the original storyline so therefore doesn't qualify.

Bleach isn't done and over with yet. So we cannot say whom Uryu ended up with. We cannot even take a stab at who he willwind up with, mostly because Tite Kubo (the author) is so very mysterious. He has suprised us so many times, what with Ichigo dying twice, losing to Aizen, Ichigo losing his powers twice, Uryu losing his powers once...The list could go on for a while.

I think Uryuu developed feelings for Orihime, especially since during the time they rescued Rukia, they spent most of their time together. Although Orihime remained oblivious for two reasons, she already had a crush on Ichigo, and she misunderstood and thought Uryuu had a crush on Rukia.

Eventually, in the later episodes of the anime Uryuu eventually gets over his feelings for her, he even starts to fall for Yoshino a Bount, although that didnt end well either.

So far, Uryuu doesn't seem to have anyone he's interested in, and the ones he was interested in didn't last very long.
