I think you also need to put Michael Myers in with this conversation. And my answer is that they would kill each other for they all three have the characteristics of immortality. And they all use a deadly weapon Jacob a meathook on a chain, Jason a machete, Michael is a 12-14" butcher knife.And they all have the uncanny ability to just be there. So with all that said I believe that they would just keep killing each other INDEFINITELY

They both don't die, like Jason Voorhees drowns and gets stabed and burned and he allways comes back, and Jacob Goodnight from See No Evil gets shot in the head and comes back with nothing but a hole in his head. They are both huge and carry leathal weapons (Jason machete) (Jacob steel chain with hook, axe.) They are both the same in every way: Mothers that wan't them to kill bad doers ect. I recon this battle will last an eternity until others blodshed becomes the result.
