There was no character called Mr. Black in the movie 'Pulp Fiction.' If this is in reference to Quentin Tarantino's earlier film 'Reservoir Dogs' in which all of the main characters are named after colors, we are still in the dark as there was no Mr. Black in that film, either. According to Mr. White in 'Reservoir Dogs', played by Harvey Keitel, nobody was going to be named Mr. Black because there was too much competition for the name.

Harvey Keitel played Mr. White in RD and Winston 'The Wolf' Wolfe in PF
Tim Roth played Mr. Orange in RD and Ringo in PF
Steve Buscemi played Mr. Pink in RD and Buddy Holly in PF
