I recently bought a SOYO TV and have the same problem. I called SOYO tech support and they apparently they also can sell a univeral remote with soyo tv codes already loaded. Oh, dude, Viore TVs are actually owned by the company Soyo Group. Like, they're not like the big players in the TV world, but hey, they're out there doing their thing. So, yeah, Soyo Group is the proud parent company of those Viore TVs.
