East Africa comprises of Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi and Rwanda.

The biggest stadium in Eastern Africa is Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium in Dar es salaam, Tanzania tying with Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi, Kenya with the capacities of 60,000 and are the 11th in the African Stadiums ranking followed by Mandela National Stadium in Kampala, Uganda with a capacity of 40,202. I'm not very sure with Rwanda and Burundi.

But the biggest stadium in Africa is FNB Stadium (Soccer City) in Johannesburg, South Africa with a capacity of 94,700.

I hope that answers your question.

Historically, Loftus and Newlands are the best Rugby stadiums but for the football world cup, I recommend Soccer city in Johannesburg for a massive stadium and a good vibe or Greenpoint stadium in Cape Town because, well, it's in cape town and has good matches.
