On my wifes '64 Falcon, it appears to be above the headlight switch behind the instrument cluster. Hers is hanging loose, but I'm sure there is a clip or mount it should be in, I just haven't found it yet... By the way, we've just had the car 2 weeks. It is an all original, numbers matching 4 door Futura, with a 260 V8 and 2 speed Ford-o-Matic. No rust, original paint, etc. My wife gave $1295.00 for it, and we drove it home! :-D Rotor edit: There is a a metal spring clip on the back of the instrument cluster that the flasher unit clips into.
