Flasher relay is located right above the OBD port. This relay has a dual functions all in one relay. It controls the emergency flashers and the turn signals as well. It's a very complex relay because it actually has a micro chip inside of it!!! That's pretty complex for a simple relay if you ask me. So turn on the signals or flashers hopefully one function still works because yes one function can be inoperative and other work fine. You should hear it clicking behind the dash a little right of the instrument cluster. You can get to it from under the dash just be careful because their are 2 relays right next to each other and the one you want is the BLUE one. NOT the black one. If you opt to do it up to the dash and radio will have to be removed to gain complete access.

Type your answer here... It's under the dash to the right of the fuse box by the parking brake, left of brake pedal sitting on a metal platorm against the firewall about an inch in diameter. Just pull to the left to drop it down and switch.

The turn signal relay switch is located under the dashboard on the drivers side, of your 2002 Ford F2 50. The relay switch simply unplugs and plugs in.
Probably the turn signal/hazard flasher went bad. On some vehicles they are separate units, but on some vehicles they are the same unit.
I also have a 2002 Chevy Malibu that had the weird blinker issue. Last year I checked it out and found it was a recall. You should be able to have it fixed for free. Mine was fixed last spring and I haven't had any problem since.
There's no starter relay on the 1992 nisssan sentra, but there is a ignition relay which controls the starter and this should be located somewhere in the engine compartment where the relay box is
