Well... There is not a flasher in the newer Dodge Trucks.
However there is a IPM(integrated power module) It is a solid state non-programable box behind the instrument cluster that controls the blink/emergency lights. This IPM is not user friendly and non-replaceable by a frustrated Dodge owner. After contacting Dodge dealers it sounds as if it is never supposed to go bad/burn out. AND...that you cannot replace the turn bulbs w/ aftermarket LED replacments. Unless of course you don't mind the super fast flash/blink...OR..you and a considerable load on the circuit to slow down the IPM and make it think it has the proper buls in place.

The flasher handles both the turn signals and the hazards. It is located above the fuse panel behind the dashboard.
To get to the flasher:
1. Remove 1 Phillips screw on the upper left of the dash (where the drivers side door closes against the dash.
2. Remove (2) 10mm bolts that are on either side of the steering column. You can see them looking up from the floor.
3. Pull up and away on the separate plastic panel above the steering column to expose the final two screws. Unlatch this panel from the center column.
4. Remove final two Phillips screws, lower panel away from dash.
5. In case of no owners maunal, the flasher relay is the second from top left and larger than its neighboring relays.
From another user: Use this as a guide and do not force lower panel until all (3) Phillips and (2) 10mm bolts have been removed.
The flasher relay is located in the junction block under the dash, to the left of the steering wheel. You will need to remove the fuse box cover and some of the trim surrounding the steering wheel to access the relays in the junction block. The flasher relay is the in top row, third from the left. It is part number 4686094
Hi,
The flasher relay is located above the fuse box directly to the right under the steering column. There are a couple of relays in the same place and the large (blue) relay is the flasher relay. Should be pretty easy to pull right out and then take out. A bit more frustrating to put it back. Regards
