when you get to Castro valley, u have the fifth gym. you than go back to battle the gym leader from your home town. after this you return to Castro valley into Castro forest. when you reach the end you can either go down onto a lake and surf, or go west which will take you to the power plant. so go south across the lake . go south than west to another entrance. surf down and go southwest. there is the seventh gym. it is called the equality river gym.
