If you go to downtown Bikini Bottom, follow the path past Officer Nancy, then follow the curb as it turns. Then, go to the hovering step thing and jump from each one to the next, go on the baner thing the jump on the wood thing and then jump onto the other hovering thing and get down and then go past the bridge thing past the thing that you cannot get past. And, right next to it is the Shady Shoals Rest Home. If you go inside it, Mermaid Man is in there standing next to the window.
