actually u can get a bulbausar in littleroot town..... in the bottom righ corner wher ther is grass ....... u keep on battling and evanutaly a lvl 7-11 bulbasaur will popup.......
well that is how i got a bulbasaur.......
(no hacks wats so ever.... i just play on a emulator..)
