Spike - Buffy the Vampire Slayer - was created in 1997.
In Chosen, Buffy and Angel discuss Buffy's future and discuss whether the future was with Spike. This was also continued in Angel only with Spike showing off to Angel about his relationship with Buffy
Buffy the Vampire slayer and Spike did get together prodometly in season 6. In season 5 Spike developed his crush on Buffy but she did not go for him at all but in season six in her depressed state they started sleeping together which meant a lot to spike but to Buffy it was a pure physical thing. At the en d of the sixth season Buffy says no to spike and he tries to Rape and then fleas Sunnydale and succeeds in getting a soul which is what he believes he need for Buffy to love him. In season 7 they become friends and Buffy shows her care for Spike throughout the season and tells him she loves him back on the last episode of the series when Spike is about to sacrifice himself to save the world to which Spike replies "no you don't, but thanks for saying it."
Probably because Angel is jealous of Spike, because although it was mainly his choice to leave Buffy, he still loves her. Also, he probably isn't really accustomed to the fact that Spike is no longer evil, and he is probably concerned about Buffy's wellbeing when it comes to them being a couple. As well as this, he and Spike are kind of always at each other's throats, so it's probably mainly his dislike of Spike and his jealousy.

spike got his soul back

Buffy and Spike never appear together in any episode of Angel; they appeared in separate episodes of Angel season 1, but were not a "couple" at that time. During the brief periods in Buffy's 6th and 7th seasons when the two were together, neither appears on Angel. Spike is a main cast member for Angel's 5th and final season, and there is a single episode in which he and Angel go to Rome to rescue Buffy from a demon. However, the girl they think is Buffy is never seen beyond the top of her head, on a crowded dance floor, and it is revealed in the Buffy continuation comic books that the girl was a decoy anyway.
Not really. Spike discovers his love for Buffy fairly early on, and when Buffy finds out, she is extremely sure she could never love him. However as the show progresses her love for him becomes more apparent, and just before Spike sadly dies, she tells him she loves him but Spike says "No, you don't; but thanks for saying it." Not quite. I mean they were kinda together during Season 6( the violent, sexual way) and sort of in S7 but never were "truly dating".
throughout season 6. first time is episode 9; smashed.
Yes a were wolf can fall in love with a vampire but it is uncommon for it to happen but a friend of mine is a hybrid so her mom is a werewolf that fell for a vampire so it happens just not offen
If you are asking whether it is still possible for them to have a relationship, the answer is yes. In the current season, (season 9, in comic form), she and Spike are still battling evil together in San Francisco.
