About $0.35 per Imperial Gallon but prices varied widely across a Confederation the size of Canada. In some parts of Canada they used their own oil to refine into gas, in other parts they preferred, and still prefer, to import oil via tanker to refine, in other parts gas had to be flown in by plane resulting in each region having very different input costs.
