The State Training School for White Boys, originally located in Paul's Valley, OK., was a reformatory for delinquent and incorrigible boys ages 10-17. It was later moved to the Orphans' Home at Helena, which had been vacated. The institution at Pauls Valley was then utilized for an additional home for epileptics of the State.
