No, There will not be a 3rd season, how I wish there would be though. The series cost way too much to continue, I am to understand that they wound up condencing season 2, 3, and 4 all into one final season. Originally the 2nd season was going to end with Brutus' death, and the 3rd and 4th season's were going to be set in Egypt. I also heard they did have plans of a 5th season as well; however, that was pretty much just dropped.
