In ICICI Bank and similar MNCs, the mobile nos. and email ids of senior staff members are not revealed in order to shield them from facing customers problems directly. There has to be some pressure from SEBI or MRTPC or Ministry of Company Affairs that right from MD all email ids of their top brass should be disclosed on their website. In the absence of this information customers are suffering because even though the person with whom you are dealing is unresponsive and unjust, you cann't appeal. There is no grievances redressal system.
