"Minors" are placed into one of two categories: kids 13 and under and kids from ages 13-17. Kids under 13 have a curfew effective from an hour after after sunset to 4:30am. Kids ages 13-17 have a curfew effective from midnight-4:30am.

A town or city has the power to readjust the curfew law by pushing back the start time of the curfew to no more than 2 hours. Also, they have to power to readjust the curfew law to push back the start time no more than 4 hours in cemeteries.
I think the curfew unless 16 year olds have a job should be 9:30 pm to get them off the streets let them be the parents are legal guardian responsibilty.
