MissingNo. Is Not In Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum because it was an error in the hexadecimal code of Red & Blue. Since then, Nintendo has helped recheck the code of 3rd party developers. But, you can get a glitch Pokemon through the GameShark or Action Replay cheating systems. You need to turn on walk through walls, infinite health, and probably restart your save file. DO EVERYTHING AS NORMAL UNTIL YOU ARE ABOUT TO WALK INTO THE LAKE. This means do not pick a starter. Since you have no starter in a place you're supposed to have a starter, the game just fills it in with a white blocky mess. DO NOT GO IN THE GRASS; THIS WILL FREEZE YOUR GAME. Go over to the trees by the grass and walk through them until you're in Oreburgh city and your rival will be standing by the door saying the gym leader is gone. Walk through him, and skip the other 2 trainers.
