If you do not have any prior conviction, the prosecutor can decide to dejudicialize the case (you would not be prosecuted).

If you are charged anyway, and found guilty, then your lawyer might ask the judge to grant you an absolute or a conditional discharge. If the judge accept, you criminal record will be kept separate from others so you dont have any problem of employment or at the border.

If you are not granted a discharge, then you are likely to be fined.
