There are no right or wrong answers to those questions. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to save Gengar when you are being questioned in Murky Cave. No matter what you say or do, Gengar will still seem unworthy to the questioner. But you will soon find that it is all a part of the plot.

Well you obviously get it by getting a Ralts or Kirlia to join your team. this is the easiest way: first,finish the request of medicam next,after you rescue medicham,gengar will appear infront of your team base and will ask you to escort him up to mt. freeze.and the next day,you will escort gengar to murky cave,then yor character and Gengar will go rescue Gardevoir. Gardevoir will appear in the town square the next day,talk to her,then she offers to join your rescue team.
In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon how do you get murky cave?

Once you save Medicham in WISH CAVE, he gives you a wish stone. Then go to the Pelipper Post Office. You will see Ekans and Medicham. Talk to them and when they ask you if you seen Gengar, say no. Then do a couple of missions. Then One day Gengar will be in Front of your team base. He will ask you to go to Mount Freeze. Take him there to the top so he can talk to NineTales. NineTales should give Gengar a Nine-Tailed Crest. Once you return to your Team Base, Immedietly save your adventure. Then Gengar will once again be in front of your base. After you talk to him, you will gain access to Murky Cave.(20 Floors) On the 20th floor, Gengar will be put in a chamber where he can't move. The Voice will send you inside Gengar and ask you questions. You can answer anything to the voices questions. Once he says the curse could not be lifted, Gengar will tell the truth about the curse and gardevoir. Once some shattering occurs, Gardevoir will be on the floor and in the town. Once you talk to her, she will ask to join your team.
