The PPK is readily concealable for a spy or plainclothes agent, which cannot be said of the M-l9ll war horse though it is.l It is difficult to cock a .45 ACP anyhow and almost impossible from a concealed position,. It is not recommended to carry the arm cocked and locked ( with the rear safety catch on) as a measurable jolt could accidentally fire the pistol. The M-l9ll is too big for concealed carry.
